the challenge
In a study conducted, it was found that working adults in Singapore spend an average of only 2.8 hours a week doing leisure activities with family and friends. This does not even include meal times. Hence, I set out to uncover why these working adults still choose to cook and how their advance meal planning can be more efficient.
